The MISO Family Tour offers children a unique opportunity to discover the world of symphonic music through an interactive, behind-the-scenes experience.
Before the concert, participants visit backstage at the Adrienne Arsht Center, where MISO musicians introduce their instruments and explain their roles within the orchestra.
Following a short break, children are invited onto the stage to sit in the musicians’ chairs and participate in an interactive conducting workshop led by MISO’s Assistant Conductor and sometime with presence of Maestro Marturet.
This engaging educational experience introduces young audiences to orchestral music while encouraging creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
An unforgettable opportunity to experience the magic of a symphony orchestra from the inside!
Help Bring Music to Every Family Your support helps make the MISO Family Tour accessible to families who may otherwise face financial barriers to participation, giving more children the opportunity to discover the magic of symphonic music.
