Our Commitment
The Miami Symphony Orchestra (“MISO”) is committed to making www.themiso.org accessible and usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to music, education, and cultural programming should be available to everyone in our community.
What We Are Doing
MISO works to improve the accessibility of its digital content and encourages its web providers to follow recognized accessibility practices. These include clear page structure and headings, keyboard accessibility, readable color contrast, alternative text for meaningful images, accessible forms with clear labels, and captions or transcripts for relevant media content where possible.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the website periodically and address issues as they are identified.
Known Limitations
Because websites and third-party integrations change over time, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. This may include older media content, embedded content from third-party services, and ticketing, donation, or newsletter platforms operated by third parties, whose accessibility is governed by those providers.
Accessibility Assistance
If you have difficulty accessing information or using any feature of MISO’s website, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or assistance in an alternative format.

When contacting us, please let us know the web page or feature involved and, if helpful, the format or type of assistance you need. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
Concert and Venue Accessibility
For information about accessible seating, assistive listening devices, or other accommodations at MISO concerts, please contact MISO or the venue where the event is held.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of www.themiso.org. Your comments help us improve the experience for all visitors.
