Mozart’s concertos for piano are considered to be some of his finest compositions. His K. 488 remains one of the most regularly performed today, and was described by one observer as “a fragile structure of glass, through which the piano is often heard only faintly.” Pianist Ignasi Cambra has received several prizes in international piano competitions, and joins guest conductor Daniel Andai in a special evening combining the roots of classical music alongside the parallel world of the visual arts.
