Pulsing Symphonic Sounds explores the boundaries of the connection between music and human beings with “Magnetic Pulses for Singing Bowls and Orchestra” by Eduardo Marturet, a world premiere.
The concert includes two more world premieres: Florencia di Concilio’s “In the Light” and Karen LeFrak’s “Romantico” performed by guitar sensation Nadia Kossinskaja. MISO will also delight the audience with Saint-Saëns’s Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso in A minor, and Notturno op. 70 by Giuseppe Martucci. Tchaikovsky’s Romeo & Juliet closes the evening.
