Celebrate Valentine's Day all weekend long with the romantic music of Rachmaninov, Prokofiev and Ravel, in a program featuring Principal Horn Hector Rodriguez, and led by one of the most compelling young conductors of her generation, Gemma New. Praised by the Baltimore Sun for her 'absorbing and well-honed performance,' New serves as Assistant Conductor for the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, and Director of the Baltimore-based Lunar Ensemble. Rodriguez is one of the most versatile horn players of his generation, with an acclaimed international career performing in professional orchestras spanning across the United States, Europe and Asia.
